| The guy with the fancy hair in the front counter who checked me in made me feel comfortable and made me feel he really did want to help solve my problem with my truck. In the end he wasn?t able to but not because he didn?t try. It?s just my truck was too far going and needs a new engine. But it?s ok he helped me by explaining things to me and was very helpful and friendly in a not good situation. I think his name was Roger. I very much appreciate it him taking a video of the diagnostic it helped me I?m making my decision on what to do next. |
