| I would have given a five star rating if it were not for the youngest male person at front desk having a used fuel pump ordered instead of new pump at first which not a good option for a part like that. This mistake caused several days delay. No one asked me if I wanted a used part anyhow. Good customer service, kept interior clean, washed vehicle, great mechanic work & warranty. |

| Great Business. Friendly Service, Fair Prices and if there is issues or concerns with the services rendered. They will not hesitate to make things right and send you away a happy customer. Will not take my Truck anywhere but Galson's. |

| Great service and inexpensive oil change. However, I would have prefer a verbal agreement or sign off on replacing my cabin filter, even if it was needed. This is a simple task that I could have done without having to pay $70+ in parts and labor. |

| Just another regular mechanic shop - nothing special. The staff are friendly, sure. But they don?t communicate with the customer AT ALL so you are left calling them for status updates. And then you are passed off from 1 person to another (upwards of 5 times!!) until you get an answer. |

| The shop was an incompetent cash grab. They charged hundreds of dollars as diagnostics, was so unskilled that could not find out the problem, and then had the nerve to say to come back the next day and again pay hundreds of dollars to continue diagnosis. It was a simple ?Check Airbags? indicator on dashboard. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! |

| My family has done business with Galson for over 10 years. My father does business with the guys in the body shop frequently. I now have my own car and needed work done so of course I took it to Galson. My experience was less than satisfactory. I realized I took my car to the wrong side and asked the gentleman John for my keys back so that I could take my car over to Ravi on the other side and instead of giving them back he rudely asked me why and stormed out only to come back and tell me no I was on the right side. He bullied me into doing business with him. Although the work was good and my car is fixed I will not be going back. |
